1. Service and pilot status
DEAU is an application workflow service for schools and agencies managing candidates seeking Ausbildung or employment in Germany and Austria. It provides school workspaces, candidate campaigns, employer-list imports, document selection, Google account connections, campaign review, sending controls and progress records. Operator administration is separate from the school panel; customers do not receive workflow-editor access. Authorized staff sign in to the independently hosted application using an email code. The operator’s full legal identity, address and applicable contract framework remain to be finalized before public commercial launch.
2. Authorized use and school responsibility
Only authorized staff may use a school workspace. Use accounts you are entitled to connect and keep access secure. Obtain the necessary authority and lawful basis for applicant documents and employer contact data. Confirm message accuracy, recipient selection and attachments before starting. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful messages, spam or attempts to bypass Google or provider restrictions. Sending must comply with applicable law and the connected providers’ policies.
3. Plans and account limits
The advertised monthly plans appear below. A school’s confirmed agreement and the limits recorded in its panel govern any individually agreed allowance. The operator can configure a custom connected-account limit. Google quotas and n8n plan capacity apply independently; connecting more accounts does not guarantee a particular sending rate or unlimited concurrent campaigns.
| Plan | Monthly price | Applications / month | Gmail accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 2,000 MAD | 7,000 | 9 |
| Growth | 3,000 MAD | 11,600 | 15 |
| Scale | 4,800 MAD | 21,000 | 27 |
4. How application allowance is counted
One candidate application to one employer counts as one application. Allowance is reserved when a campaign starts, including queued applications, using the UTC calendar month. Pausing does not release the reservation, and failed sends do not automatically restore it. Ask support about any needed adjustment. A campaign supports up to 1,000 applications. Current uploads support CSV files up to 5 MB and 10,000 rows and PDFs totaling up to 8 MB.
5. Sending, pausing and results
Review prepares and checks campaign information; starting authorizes sending through connected accounts. A pause stops subsequent work but cannot recall delivered email or necessarily stop a message already being processed. “Sent” means accepted by Gmail, not confirmed delivery. This version does not automatically track opens, replies, bounces or interviews; staff can record campaign outcomes manually. DEAU does not guarantee employer responses, interviews, employment contracts or visas. Schools remain responsible for follow-up and reviewing results.
6. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Payments are arranged manually; there is no automated card checkout or automatic card charge in this version. Before payment, the school and operator must confirm price, currency, taxes if applicable, billing period, activation, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions in writing. This page does not introduce a fixed refund deadline or an automatic-renewal commitment. Request plan changes or cancellation through the service contact. Any additional sourcing, setup or training service requires a separate confirmed quote.
7. Availability, updates and access restrictions
Sending depends on Google authorization, provider quotas, the school’s configured automation and service availability. Maintenance, connection expiry and provider errors may interrupt campaigns. No guaranteed uptime or support response time is currently agreed on this page. The operator may restrict access for expired entitlement, security incidents or misuse and will coordinate recovery where practical. Changes affecting an agreed paid service should be communicated to the school and addressed in its agreement.
8. Content, data and agreements
Schools retain their rights to their supplied content and authorize processing needed to operate their campaigns. Rights to the platform and third-party components remain with their respective owners. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and connection removal. Ending access or disconnecting Google does not automatically erase campaign history or uploaded documents; request an agreed export or deletion process before offboarding. Liability, dispute resolution, governing law and any mandatory consumer protections must be determined in the applicable agreement and law; this pilot page does not impose an invented jurisdiction or blanket waiver of legal rights.
